Mehmet Koşan has presented feasible projects to investors in the Kazdağları (Kaz mountains) Edremit region for 7 years and has presented easy and sustainable ways to investors for the difficulties experienced in migration from the city to the village. He was born in Gebze, Kocaeli. After receiving a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2011, he studied at the San Francisco Academy of Art University for a Master’s Degree. After returning to Turkey, he spent his first internship period at the Saint Regis Nişantaşı Hotel, in which Demsa (Sabanci) Group invested and the construction process was completed by Emre Arolat Architecture company. In 2015, he visited many different regions including Hatay, Aydın, Antalya, and Kaz mountains Edremit. During his years abroad, his interest in olives and olive oil led him to conscious consumption and seek the best. The old and fertile olive fields in the Kaz mountains Havran region led Mehmet to make his first olive grove investment. In addition to the olive grove investment, he also made small-budget plot investments. For the first time in the Kaz mountains region, he designed and constructed an eco-friendly steel house project. He continues to sell private and commercial properties in the region. Since he grew up in a region full of industrialists in the Gebze region, he frequently visits industrial zones. He helps customers who want to buy a warehouse, factory, or commercial land. He has a U.S. licensed ACP (Accredited Commercial Professional) certificate.
